Orders
As long as your order has not been manufactured you can cancel or edit the order by sending us a message.
If you have received a tracking number then it is too late to cancel or edit your order.
"I never received a tracking number"
If you never received a tracking number then it is likely that your order slipped through the cracks. Please note that our items are made to order and can take up to 2 weeks (more for custom orders) to be dispatched.
Please send us a message if you are still unsure and we will sort it out as soon as possible.
"It was dispatched but I never received it"
If your order has been dispatched but the tracking hasn't updated for more than 3 weeks then please send us a message so we can lodge a case with Australia Post. Thankfully items rarely get lost in transit but please understand this is out of our hands.
Cases lodged with Australia Post can often go unanswered for weeks, we try our best but if they do not reply within 60 days of the case being lodged then we will issue a full refund.
"The tracking shows delivered, but I never received it"
Please check with your neighbors that they have not received it by accident or on your behalf, please also look out for a failed delivery notice card.
If that fails please send us a message and we will be happy to confirm the delivery address and help in any way we can.
Products
We use a 3K Twill Carbon Fiber with inner unidirectional layers. This has a matte finish.
The Forged carbon fiber uses the same but with a top layer of forged strands. This has a satin finish.

I want scales for a knife you don't currently do:
If we do not currently makes scales for your knife please contact us and ask! We are always adding to our range. We will consider one off requests however this will be reflected in the price.
I want a specific material for a knife you already do:
If you have a specific material in mind for a knife we already do scales for then please send us a message! We will try to source the material and get you a quote.
Please note that there will be an increased processing time and price.
I want to customise the holes in the scales:
We allow customers to pick the pocket clip style through the order page, but if you want to have something more complicated then please get in touch with us. We want you to get what you want and will do our best to fit your needs.
Please note that more complicated requests may result in an increased price.

Most knives require a few basic tools:
- T6,T8,T9,T10 Torx Drivers
- Knife Pivot Lube
- Loctite or equivalent
Some knives are more complicated, if you are unsure please send us a message and we can help you through it!
Returns
We do our best to ensure that all the scales fit well and perform at their best although accidents do happen and we will do our best to resolve it.
Please message us with a detailed description of what is wrong, attaching pictures highlighting the problem also helps us to confirm. If the issue lies with the scales then we will be more than happy to issue a refund.
Even if you believe you may have installed them wrong, please send us a message and we will be happy to help you get your new scales installed.
International:
If you would like to return your order, you will be required to pay the return postage and once the item is received we will issue a refund for the total value of the order minus outgoing shipping.
Domestic:
Please send is an email and we will create a shipping label for you to return the item, you will then be issued a refund for the total value of the order.

All orders are made to order taking roughly 1-2 weeks sometimes longer during busy periods.
Standard shipping:
- USA/Canada - 2-4 Weeks
- Europe - 3-4 Weeks
- UK - 2-4 Weeks
- Asia - 2-3 Weeks
- Australia/NZ - 5-7 Days
Express Shipping:
- USA/Canada - 1-3 Weeks
- Europe - 1-3 Weeks
- UK - 1-3 Weeks
- Asia - 1-2 Weeks
- Australia/NZ - 2-5 Days
As long as you have not received a tracking number you can send us a message to change the shipping address. You must email using the email that the order was placed with.
